Return & Delivery
RETURNING A PRODUCT
Products can be returned within a period of 14 days after delivery. Of course, this only applies if the packaging is returned unopened and in undamaged condition.
In case of return, the purchase amount and shipping costs (outgoing) will be refunded and at the latest within 30 days after the return or revocation, the return will be at your expense. If a product does not reach you in good condition, please contact our customer service. Products that do not reach you in good condition must, after contacting Pro-Vital customer service, also be returned. Items of which the packaging has clearly arrived can therefore not be returned without contacting our customer service.
DELIVERY TIME
Usually your orders will be delivered within 48 hours. If you order before 14.00 hours the package will be delivered the next day.
Since PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays, the delivery time for orders placed on weekends is a bit longer. Of course we do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible.
PICK-UP AT POSTNL
You can choose your home address or you can have your parcel delivered directly to one of the more than 2,000 PostNL Post Offices in the Netherlands. For example at the supermarket or tobacconist on the corner, one day and at a time that suits you. Pick up your order in this way is easy to combine with your daily shopping and you benefit from the long opening hours. It will no longer happen that you will find a non home message when you return home. You have 3 weeks from the day of delivery to pick up the package yourself.
LOCATION SELECTOR FOR NEAREST POSTNL POST OFFICE
With the Location Selector you choose the most suitable delivery point. All you have to do is enter your zip code. The location picker then indicates which PostNL Post Office suits your pickup request.
